Skull tissue box cover - plastic canvas pattern

The world needed a skull tissue box cover (because, you know - skulls), and when I couldn't find a decent one anywhere, an idea was born.  Made with plastic canvas, this cover shows how cool sneezing can be.
Technically this is needlepoint not cross stitch, but I have faith in you!

This project requires plastic canvas and uses basic tent stitches and whip stitches.
